the following describes how business is done on this website. changes may be made to these terms without notice.

this website, rewildstudio.co (referred to as “the site”), is owned and operated by samone bayles, trading as rewild studio. by using this site, booking a session, or accessing any materials shared here, you agree to the following terms of service.

operation | rewildstudio operates in tasmania. mailing address is postal box fifteen, cressy, tasmania 7302.

booking + payment | all sessions require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your date. this amount is applied toward your session total. the remaining balance is due one week before your scheduled session. payment plans are available by arrangement.

cancellation + rescheduling | life happens — if you need to reschedule, please get in touch as soon as possible. cancellations made with more than seven days’ notice may be transferred to a future session. cancellations within seven days of your booking may forfeit your deposit. full cancellation terms will be shared upon booking.

session delivery + file access | final images are delivered via an online, password-protected gallery within four weeks of your session. the gallery will remain active for one month. clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all files during this time. extended hosting may be available upon request.

licensing + usage | your session includes a standard image licence for use across your website, social media, and print materials directly related to your business or personal use. if you wish to use images for third-party marketing, resale, or media publication, an extended licence must be arranged.

image editing | all final images are reviewed and edited for tone, light, and colour consistency. light retouching may be applied where needed, but extensive editing or manipulation is not included. if you have specific requests, feel free to chat through them prior to your session.

pricing | rates listed on this site are a general guide and may vary depending on the scope of your project, location, or usage. quotes are valid for fourteen days unless otherwise stated. all prices are in australian dollars.

intellectual property | all photographs remain the copyright of rewild studio. images may not be altered, sold, or used in ways outside the agreed licence.

website use | all content on this site — including text, images, and design — is owned by rewild studio and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.
